Connecting to your network

What you'll need

  • Ethernet or Wi-Fi network connection

  • Minimum internet connection of 3 Mb/s upload and download per robot

  • Any custom network settings (check with your IT Manager)

Getting started

  1. Remove robot from box and take out the foam inside, securing the camera

  2. Plug-in power to robot, and if using, Ethernet cable from robot to network

Things to note

Wifi Network

During setup, you will lose access to your robot when it attempts to connect to your network. If a pulsing blue light is shown, reconnect to its Wi-Fi with your computer or phone and check your settings.

Connected to internet

A steady orange light when connected to the internet.

Loss of internet

After successfully setting up your robot, it will show a pulsing blue light if it loses its internet connection. While the light is pulsing blue, you can access its WiFi network to troubleshoot.
